We consult with local authorities to help them deliver social care in more efficient and integrated ways.
We can provide an eDaybook, an online version of the paper Day book used by domiciliary carers. The eDaybook enables the carer to keep a record of every visit so that the family, friends and other health professional can know what is happening in a clients care.
By being online it means carers can look at the record before they knock on the door. It makes it easier to share.
Local authorities can also benefit from DLS Access, providing a Health Hub through which domiciliary care provision can be digital in the first instance. All enquiries, assessment and on-going citizen and supplier management can be handled by the Hub making for more efficient and integrated care provision.
